Necrox: The low-fi organ is what put your mix at 2nd place for me. But everything else is pretty cool; I especially like the shakers and reverby bells - very nice touch.
DrumJ8: Pretty nice and minimalistic approach until 0:40-ish where more stuff is including - the original notation isn't too shabby either.
Trism: Hmm, the soundscape was very abstract and strange, but not overly unpleasant. Personally, the dissonant plucked instrument didn't really complement the rest of the instruments so well: it kinda feels like a bad dream/nightmare sequence in a movie or something. So, sound-wise this is a very liberal take, despite that the notation is the same, thus it didn't fare as well as the other participants. Still, don't give up and I look forward to seeing you next round :)
Argle: This was a fantastic remix for sure. I really enjoyed it!

GrapplingHook - The first note of every phrase sounds like there's this forceful thrust, it's a little jarring to hear. But other than that, I like that it's a pretty full-sounding mix.
Necrox - The added percussion(?) in the beginning was an interesting idea, but it was hard for me to discern it from the lead. Maybe try placing that in a different octave. I don't remember if the accompanying melodies/counter melodies were from the original or you added them, but I like them.
Argle - Like Necrox mentioned, I'm glad this is a bonus track :P One thing I want to mention is that the first piano note of every phrase of the melody sounds like it has a much higher velocity, not sure if that was intentional, I don't really like it but I'm probably just too picky

The organ-y instrument that starts the intro in A Quiet Afternoon is fine there, but once it fades back and maintains the little up and down pseudo-scales, it feels a little off to me. I almost want to say the pitch is a few cents too low, but I don't think that's quite it; even being new to (and bad at) EQ, I'll guess it's that the instrument shrinks back to a pretty conservative frequency band that doesn't cover as much territory as the original and so turns up lacking. I dunno, though. That's just a best guess.
While Peaceful Days is pretty enjoyable for the most part, I make a micro-cringe every time the... bells? The strange percussion in the first half. I have to say, I'm just not a fan of that sample here.

GrapplingHook - Subtle yet effecting changes to the strings worked well here. Unfortunately at around 0:40 the flute(?) that comes in is a little too loud and detracts from the other instruments.
Necrox - The percussion from the beginning up until 0:40 is too distracting for me and takes the attention away from the main melody. However from that point on the percussion works very well, so it's pretty 50/50 for me.
Argle - Amazing as always; but then you don't need me to tell you that :)

Some songs gave me a christmas feeling. Especially the one from Necrox. I liked that.
